How do I check the status for my order?

You will receive an email confirmation for your order when your order is complete. You will also get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped out. What happens if I gave the wrong address?

If you added the wrong shipping information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to change it for you, but we can not guarantee anything in this case because our orders are being processed and shipped very fast after purchase.

I received a faulty product, what's your policy?

Providing our costumers with excellent quality products is something we strive for, however being the nature of electronics there may be faults from time to time. We offer a full 30 day warranty on all our products. If you have received what you believe is a faulty product, please contact us at and we will be in contact with you as soon as possible to assess the issue. All items that are deemed faulty will receive a replacement if the warranty claim is being made within 12 months of the purchase date. Once the faulty product has been received, we will inspect the item and get back in contact with you within 1-3 working days. If the product is deemed to be faulty under the warranty guidelines at Bino, we will replace the faulty product and send out a new working product to you free of charge. if we determine that the product is not covered under the Bino warranty, one of our employees will contact you directly to discuss alternatives and possible replacements at an additional cost.

There are certain situation where only partial refund are granted (if applicable):
An item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.An item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Please note that some of the following will void Bino warranty, but not limited to:
Damages or fault caused by accidents, abuse, and misuse.Damages caused by wear and tear, theft or loss.Damages of faults caused by product tampering or use of third-party accessories.Use that is not in accordance with the listed instructions on the product packaging.

* One of our customer support specialists will begin the process of troubleshooting or helping you use the product correctly according to our suggested use.
* Follow all troubleshooting steps and provide attachments/evidence for the team to be able to assist you properly.
* The returned items should include all parts as delivered. Missing items may void the 30-day money back guarantee.We only give a refund if the item will be shipped back to us again.

NOTE:
*As it is written with our policy, return shipping cost is not covered by Bino. In case the device is damaged, we saw that the device is damaged, we are going to send a new one.
